Product good... Problems with connecting for the first time, as camera firmware is chinese and cannot change, some of the apps infomations are also chinese.... Main parts of the mobile app is in english with minion theme, camera is very nice and high quality... App has some bugs, as cannot send invite to other family member amd so on. Home monitoring, camera moving, notifications, all works fine... If you need EU adapter, buy new with camera, as the EU reduction included is not practical...

отличная камера, всё работает, качество высокое. подключилась легко и быстро, без всяких проблем. единственный минус - жду обновления прошивки, - пока детский плач определяется очень редко, а движение (несмотря на то что оповещение движения отключено) - присылается регулярно :)

The seller send the cameraes by wrap with bubble and put in bag. The boxes damage a little, I think the seller should send in box for more safety. The cameraes sent quickly, received after ordered in 11 days.
