Прислали балансир за три недели. Плата хорошего качества, покрыта лаком. установил на велосипедную батарею, но балансир не работает. Лампочки лишь моргнули при включении и больше не светят. Разрядил и зарядил - не светят. Батарея правда на дорогих самсунгах собрана, дисбаланса маловато наверно.
